Pet Attributes and Breeding

Pets are divided into two genders: ♂ (Male) and ♀ (Female).
One ♂ pet and one ♀ ordinary pet can breed together to produce two new pets of the same species.
Pets are categorized into ordinary pets and rare pets. The color of their names indicates their type: white for ordinary pets and colored for rare pets.
Rare pets generally have higher average aptitude than ordinary pets.
Ordinary pets can breed, but rare pets cannot.
Pet Acquisition Methods:
Ordinary pets can be found near magnetic chain cube buildings or rooftops and captured.
Rare pets are primarily obtained through breeding but also have a chance to appear near magnetic chain cube buildings or rooftops.
Pets have six elemental affinities: Pyro, Cryo, Hydro, Electro, Geo, and Anemo.
Elemental affinity determines which aptitude a pet excels in:
Pyro and Geo correspond to Strength Aptitude.
Cryo and Electro correspond to Agility Aptitude.
Hydro and Anemo correspond to Intelligence Aptitude.
Elemental affinity also determines the element type of the mastery skill unlocked when the pet gains its first skill.
There are three types of specialization: Strength Specialization, Agility Specialization, and Intelligence Specialization.
Each time a pet undergoes a breakthrough, it will randomly gain one specialization:
Strength Specialization: Increases the pet's Strength by 5%.
Agility Specialization: Increases the pet's Agility by 5%.
Intelligence Specialization: Increases the pet's Intelligence by 5%.
The probability of obtaining a specialization depends on the pet’s personality:
Brave Personality: 75% chance for Strength Specialization, 20% for Agility, and 5% for Intelligence.
Agile Personality: 75% chance for Agility Specialization, 20% for Intelligence, and 5% for Strength.
Clever Personality: 75% chance for Intelligence Specialization, 20% for Strength, and 5% for Agility.
Pets unlock a random origin skill upon reaching Level 50.
Origin skills can be removed by consuming items. The pet will lose its origin skill, and the removed origin skill becomes an item stored in the player’s inventory.
Players can use origin skill items from their inventory to grant origin skills to pets or replace a pet’s current origin skill. Replacing the skill will permanently erase the original.
Origin skill items cannot be used on pets below Level 50.
Resetting a pet’s level will not affect its unlocked origin skill, but the origin skill will be inactive until the pet reaches Level 50 again.
Each pet has one of three fixed personalities from birth, which cannot be changed. Personality affects specialization probabilities during breakthroughs:
Brave Personality: 75% Strength Specialization, 20% Agility, 5% Intelligence.
Agile Personality: 75% Agility Specialization, 20% Intelligence, 5% Strength.
Clever Personality: 75% Intelligence Specialization, 20% Strength, 5% Agility.
Personality also affects the efficiency of producing different items in the workshop.
Players can breed two ordinary pets (♂ and ♀ of the same type) to produce new pets.
Ordinary pets start with 0 breeding attempts. At Levels 10/20/30, breakthroughs grant 1 additional breeding attempt each, up to a maximum of 3.
After breeding, the breeding attempts of both parent pets decrease by 1. Pets with 0 breeding attempts cannot breed.
Rare pets cannot breed, and leveling them up does not increase their breeding attempts.
Each pet starts with an Insight Level of 0, with a maximum level of 20. Insight levels can be increased by fusing pets with potential levels greater than or equal to the pet’s current Insight Level.
The higher the Insight Level, the lower the success rate for improvement. Failing to improve Insight reduces the level by 1.
Insight Levels of 0/5/10/15 are safeguarded, meaning failure will not result in a level drop.
Unlock new skills at Insight Levels 5/10/15/20, with a maximum of 4 skills.
Potential determines whether a pet can be used as a fusion material to increase Insight.
Each pet is born with a randomly assigned Potential Level, which cannot be changed.
There are four Potential Levels: 5, 10, 15, and 20.
Each pet has three types of aptitude:
Strength Aptitude: Higher Strength Aptitude increases the Strength gained per level and improves the average Strength Aptitude of offspring.
Agility Aptitude: Higher Agility Aptitude increases the Agility gained per level and improves the average Agility Aptitude of offspring.
Intelligence Aptitude: Higher Intelligence Aptitude increases the Intelligence gained per level and improves the average Intelligence Aptitude of offspring.
Each pet has one aptitude significantly higher than the other two.
Aptitude is determined at birth and cannot be improved through other means. Offspring aptitude is influenced by their parents’ aptitude.
Every pet has three attributes: Strength, Agility, and Intelligence.
Only the highest attribute contributes to the pet’s Attack Power, which is applied to the synchronized character.
A pet’s attributes are influenced by the following factors:
Pet Aptitude
Pet Level
Pet Skills
Pet Origin Skill Effects
Items Used for Enhancement
Insight Levels can be increased by fusing pets with potential greater than or equal to the pet’s current Insight Level, up to a maximum of Level 20.
The higher the Insight Level, the lower the success rate. Failure reduces the Insight Level by 1, except at Levels 0/5/10/15, which are safeguarded.
Pets in Synchronization, working, following, or breeding states cannot be used as fusion materials.
Increasing Insight Levels also boosts pet attributes.
Unlock new skills at Insight Levels 5/10/15/20, with a maximum of 4 skills.
Consume Juice to level up unlocked skills. Different skill slots require different types of Juice.
Leveling up skills enhances their effects and increases the attributes provided to synchronized characters.
Skills can be leveled up to a maximum of Level 6.
After completing Main Story Mission 20, the Synchronization system is unlocked, allowing players to synchronize one pet with their character.
Synchronized pets provide a boost to the character’s Attack Power and Mastery.
Synchronization can be canceled at any time, but the pet will enter a 10-minute cooldown before it can be synchronized again.
